104 Participants Join Initial Assessment of Unpad Wellness Program

Bandung, Indonesia – A total of 104 lecturers and educational staff at Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) took part in the initial assessment for the Unpad Wellness Program held at Unpad Hospital in Jatinangor from June 10 to 13, 2024. The program, led by the Dean of Unpad’s Graduate School, Prof. Dr. med. Setiawan, aims to improve the quality of life within the Unpad community.

The assessment included health checks such as blood pressure, waist circumference, blood sugar, blood fat, and fitness evaluations. This year’s strategy also focuses on creating agents of change, with participants trained to improve their health and spread wellness throughout the community.

Prof. Setiawan hopes this initiative will show positive results and that participants will not only improve themselves but also inspire others. “We expect the program to succeed, with participants dedicated to the process and sharing its benefits,” he added.
