Balanced Workforce in FK Unpad: Promoting Gender Equality in Lecturers and Staff
The Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Padjadjaran (FK Unpad) employs a total of 925 employees, consisting of both lecturers and administrative staff. According to the recent data shown in the chart, the faculty is composed of a well-balanced mix of male and female employees, promoting diversity and inclusion within its workforce.
