Among the 310 new students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran (FMUP), three of them are international students, adding to the diversity of the institution. These three students hail from Palestine and Malaysia. Specifically, one student from Palestine and two from Malaysia have joined the FMUP undergraduate program for the 2023 academic year.
This notable addition of international students reflects FMUP’s commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that welcomes students from various cultural and national backgrounds. Palestine and Malaysia are considered low to middle-income countries, further aligning with FMUP’s mission to extend educational opportunities to students from economically diverse regions.
The presence of these international students not only enriches the academic atmosphere but also enhances cultural exchange within the campus community. FMUP continues to position itself as an institution that embraces global perspectives, preparing all its students for a dynamic, interconnected world.
